2018 in Review | Northwest Arkansas Photographer
I can’t believe all that happened in 2018. It was the hardest, best, most jam-packed year of my life. In April, we moved back up to Fayetteville and I decided to start photographing full time. We had car trouble after car trouble, we learned how to lead a youth group (still learning), and I had the busiest October EVER. I definitely won’t miss 2018, but I am so thankful for all that I learned from it.
Three takeaways from the year:
Worrying about things does not serve you. Just give it to God and trust that He’ll provide. (Spoiler alert, He came through every single time)
You can’t sit on your butt and expect to make a living. You’ve got to push outside of your comfort zone and work harder than you’ve ever worked before.
Self-care and quality time with the people you love is so much more important than work and always should be.
Enjoy my favorite photos from this year - the ones that make me feel something. Thank you to every last client, every last person who follows my work on social media, and every last person who has complimented my work or asked about how it’s going. You guys make this job so rewarding.
